Plant Party
with Christine Mandese
of Plant Girl Shop
Sunday, June 13 at 1:30PM in the Heritage Gifts & Glass Back Garden, join Christine Mandese, Owner of Plant Girl Shop and learn the basics of caring for your indoor plants.  Then, if you desire, choose a plant and pot and create your own!  (prices vary) 
Why not choose to make your own small glass hanging pot. It will be fired and ready to fill with a plant for the Plant Party.
The glass studio will be set up for pot-makers on Friday, June 11 from 12:00-5:00. Sign up for a time to make a mini glass pot hanger.

Book Signing Party
with Justine Harrington
Sunday, July 18 at 1:00PM in the Heritage Gifts & Glass Back Garden, join East Greenwich author, Justine Harrington.  She will read portions of her newly published book entitled: Homecoming: A Guide to Get Out of Your Head, and into your Heart. Her book will be available for purchase as well.  This event is free and open to the public.
In the spirit of finding your heart, drop in and make your own heart out of glass!  Time will be set aside before and after the party to make your own heart piece.  Come back the following week to pick up your creation, framed and ready for hanging.  No experience needed.

Calligraphy Workshop
with Jane Rollins of Scribe
Sunday, August 29 at 1:00PM in the Heritage Gifts & Glass Back Garden, join East Greenwich artist and calligrapher and owner of Scribe on Main Street: Jane Rollins.  She will demonstrate her calligraphic artistry for us then guide us through a group mark-making exercise.  No previous experience or "artistic skills" needed.  Enjoy refreshment and a fresh new approach to beautiful writing.  Space is limited so please register below for this free community event.
